ABOUT
The bloke behind Syntra.
I'm Josh. I build software, websites and Google profiles for trades and local service businesses around Brisbane and South East Queensland.
PUNCTUAL. HONEST. DELIBERATE.
01 · ON THE TOOLS
I know the part nobody signs up for.
I've been a sparky for six years. Quoting at nine at night, chasing people who never got back to you, missing calls while you're stuck in a roof. That's the work I'm taking off you.

02 · HOW I WORK
Complete clarity.
You'll always know where things stand: what I'm doing, what it costs and when it's done. Three things I hold myself to.
- 1PunctualWhen I say I'll do something, it's done when I said.
- 2HonestThe price is in writing before I start, and you see it working before you pay for anything.
- 3DeliberateBuilt around how you work and what you need. Nothing added for show.
03 · YOU OWN IT
Everything's in your name.
No renting your own website back from me. What I build is yours, and it stays yours if you ever leave.
- Your app and its code
- Your website
- Your domain
- Your Google profile
- Your customer data
- Your own phone number
