What we do
We design and build websites, and set up automated systems — missed-call text-back, review requests, follow-ups and reporting — for service businesses.
What it costs
A one-off setup fee, then a monthly fee. Both are quoted in writing before any work starts. The setup fee is payable when the project begins. The monthly fee starts when your site goes live.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
What the monthly covers
Hosting, your domain, security certificates, keeping your site online, and running the automated systems we’ve set up for you.
It also includes small changes — up to about half an hour of work a month. That doesn’t roll over. Anything larger is quoted before we start it.
Timeframes
Websites go live within seven business days of us receiving everything we need from you — your photos, your service details, and anything else listed in your brief. The clock starts when that content arrives, not when you sign.
What we need from you
Content, photos, and access to anything we're connecting to. Projects stall when content doesn't arrive, and we can't hold a timeframe we're waiting on you for.
You confirm that anything you send us is yours to use, and that claims you ask us to publish — qualifications, licences, guarantees, years in business — are accurate.
Cancelling
No lock-in contract. Either of us can end the monthly with 30 days' written notice.
If you cancel, your website files are yours. We'll hand over what you need to take it elsewhere. Automated systems built on our accounts and tooling don't transfer, and hosting stops at the end of your final paid month.
Who owns what
Once the setup fee is paid, the website design and content are yours. We keep ownership of any underlying tooling, templates and systems we’ve built, and we may show your site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
What we don’t promise
We build sites intended to perform well in search and to convert enquiries, but we don't guarantee rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers or revenue. Google and Meta change how they work and we don't control them.
Automated systems depend on third-party services — SMS providers, email providers, Google. We're not liable for outages or changes on their end, though we'll help sort out what we reasonably can.
Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.
