Ops dashboard

Every lead, quote and dollar — in one screen.

No more digging through your inbox or a spreadsheet to know how the month's going.

Build my preview

Most tradies have never seen their own numbers.

Leads live in a text thread, quotes live in an email, and jobs won live in your head. There's no one place that tells you whether this month was actually good — so it's hard to tell what's working and what to say yes to next.

What it does

What it does

01

Leads, quotes, jobs — one screen

Everything that's come in this month, without digging through an inbox to find it.
02

Quote acceptance, tracked

See how many of your quotes actually turn into booked jobs, not just how many you sent.
03

Pipeline, visible

What's still sitting there waiting on a decision, so nothing quietly goes cold.
Ops dashboard

One screen, not a spreadsheet

Leads, quotes, jobs won and what's still in the pipeline. Most tradies have never seen these numbers.

Process

How it works

01

We talk

Twenty minutes. What you do, where you work, how people find you now, and what’s costing you jobs.

02

We build

Design and build, mobile first. You see it and sign off before it goes anywhere near live.

03

We connect

Forms, missed-call text-back, follow-ups, and whatever you already run — ServiceM8, Tradify, your calendar. We build around it, we don’t replace it.

04

You're live

Seven business days from getting your content. Then it’s ours to look after.

No three-month projects. No handover you have to figure out yourself.

Proof

What they said

We've been using Syntra for a few months now and the difference has been massive. Before, we were juggling different tools for our website, enquiries, follow-ups and reviews — now it's all in one simple system.

Cost

What it costs

Sites start at $1,497 to build, then $147 a month. That covers hosting, your domain, security and keeping the site up, plus the systems running in the background — the text-back, the review requests, the follow-ups. Small changes are included, up to about half an hour a month. Anything bigger I’ll quote first, so there are no surprises. No lock-in.
